How to Installing Windows 7 – Step By Step Method for beginners
Step:1
Turn ON your PC and Press ‘F2’ Continuously.
There will come up and option to boot through CD/DVD. Select that option.
Windows will start loading its files.
Step:2
Select
your preferred language, keyboard type, and time/currency format, then click Next.
Step:3
"Install now" button. Click on
it and proceed to next step.
Step:4
Read over the Microsoft Software
License Terms, check I
accept the license terms, and click Next.
Step:5
After that there will be an option to
install windows. "Upgrade" and "Custom".We are installing a
clean version so Click on CUSTOM.
Step:6
A window will open asking where you would like to install Windows. In order to perform a clean install, you need to delete the old partition and start with a clean slate.
Step:10
You will be asked to configure your updates. You can choose either setting you like. However, I recommend you configure this choice later, after Windows 7 is installed and running properly.
Step:11
you have just successfully installed Windows 7.
A window will open asking where you would like to install Windows. In order to perform a clean install, you need to delete the old partition and start with a clean slate.
Click “Drive options
(advanced).” This will give you the ability to delete and create partitions.
· Select the partition
of your existing operating system and click the Delete button.If you are
installing an operating system for the first time on this hard drive, then
there will be no partitions to delete.
If your hard drive
has multiple partitions, be sure to delete the correct one. Any data on a
deleted partition is lost for good. Confirm the deletion
process.
Step:7
When you have created the
drives, simply select the drive in which you want to install Windows, click
“Format”, this will erase all the previous data on you that drive. Click on
“Next” to Proceed.
Step:8
Wait while Windows installs files.
The percentage next to Expanding Windows files will steadily
increase. This part of the process can take up to 15 minutes.
Windows
will automatically restart your computer when finished.
Step:9
Your PC will be rebooted and you will see is a “user setting”
Screen. Simply add your Name and Password and then click to “Next”.
Step:10
You will be asked to configure your updates. You can choose either setting you like. However, I recommend you configure this choice later, after Windows 7 is installed and running properly.

later, but you may want to go for either the first or the second option,
as you see fit.
