Follow the steps below.

1. Turn off the Samsung Note 8.
2. Press the Volume up , the Home button, and then the Power button   Hold all of these buttons down together.Until when you see the Galaxy logo.
3. You can now use the Volume Down and Volume Up keys to move through the on-screen menu. 
4. Navigate to Yes – delete all user data and then select it with the Power button.
5. Select the ‘Reboot’ option and your Galaxy Note 8 will now restart.
6. Your Galaxy Note 8 will now load up with no files on it, just when it first came out of the box for the first time.
