Turn off the Samsung J8.

After that start pressing Volume Up and Power keys together for a few seconds.Turn loose all buttons when the SAMSUNG logo appear.

When Android Robot with No command appears tap on the screen your SAMSUNG J8.

You can now use the Volume Down and Volume Up keys to move through the on-screen menu.

After that choose "Yes" from the menu and click the Power button.

Select "reboot system now" by using the Power key.
